Договор-оферты 

1. Общие положения

1.1 Используемые определения: Продавец – ИП ОВСЯННИКОВА Н. П. , публикует Публичную оферту о продаже товаров, представленных на официальном Интернет-сайте Продавца www.eurofashions.ru Оферта – публичное предложение Продавца, адресованное любому физическому лицу (гражданину), заключить с ним договор купли-продажи (далее – «Договор») на существующих условиях, содержащихся в Договоре, включая все его приложения. Интернет-магазин (Сайт) - Интернет-сайт по адресу предназначенный для оказания Покупателю сервисных услуг по выбору товаров с целью их последующего приобретения у Продавца. Покупатель – физическое лицо, заключившее с Продавцом Договор на условиях, содержащихся в Договоре. Товар – перечень наименований ассортимента, представленный на официальном Интернет-сайте. Заказ – отдельные позиции из ассортиментного перечня Товара, указанные Покупателем при оформлении заявки на Интернет-сайте. Доставка – курьерские услуги по доставке Заказа.

2. Предмет договора

2.1. Продавец продает Товар в соответствии с действующим прейскурантом, опубликованным на Интернет-сайте Продавца www.eurofashions.ru а Покупатель производит оплату и принимает Товар в соответствии с условиями настоящего Договора
2.2. Настоящий Договор и приложения к нему являются официальными документами Продавца и неотъемлемой частью оферты.

3. Оформление заказа

3.1. Все информационные материалы, представленные на сайте, носят справочный характер и не могут в полной мере передавать достоверную информацию об определенных свойствах и характеристиках Товара. В случае возникновения у Покупателя вопросов, касающихся свойств и характеристик Товара, перед оформлением Заказа ему необходимо обратиться за консультацией к Продавцу: +7 (977) 603 10 50, либо отправить сообщение на электронную почту: order@erofashions.ru
3.2. При каждом отдельном случае оформления Заказа Покупатель дает согласие на применение настоящих Условий к отношениям Сторон, связанным с выбором товаров и последующим заключением договора розничной купли продажи.
3.3. При оформлении заказа на Интернет-сайте Продавца Покупатель обязуется предоставить следующую регистрационную информацию о себе: Имя; Фамилия; Email; Телефон; Адрес; Город; Почтовый индекс; Страна.
3.4. Принятие Покупателем условий настоящего Договора осуществляется посредством внесения Покупателем соответствующих данных в регистрационную форму на Интернет-сайте. Покупатель имеет право редактировать регистрационную информацию о себе. Продавец не изменяет и не редактирует регистрационную информацию о Покупателе без согласия последнего. Продавец обязуется не сообщать данные Покупателя, указанные при регистрации на сайте www.eurofashions.ru и при оформлении Заказа, лицам, не имеющим отношения к исполнению Заказа. Утвердив Заказ выбранного Товара, Покупатель получает необходимую информацию в соответствии с порядком, указанном в п.
3.3. настоящего Договора.
3.5. Продавец не несет ответственности за содержание и достоверность информации, предоставленной Покупателем при оформлении Заказа.
3.6. Покупатель несёт ответственность за достоверность предоставленной информации при оформлении Заказа.

4. Условия доставки и передачи Заказа.

4.1. Для того чтобы увидеть сроки и прочие условия доставки рекомендуется открыть раздел
4.2. Доставка осуществляется через курьерские службы по адресу, указанному Покупателем.
4.3. Заказ считается доставленным в момент его передачи Покупателю. Подписываясь в листе курьера, Покупатель подтверждает исполнение Заказа.
4.4. В случае предоставления Покупателем недостоверной информации его контактных данных
4.5 Продавец за ненадлежащее исполнение Заказа ответственности не несет.

5. Оплата Заказа и Цена.

5.1. Цены на любые позиции Товара, указанные на Интернет- www.eurofashions.ru могут быть изменены Продавцом в одностороннем порядке без уведомления Покупателя. В случае изменения цены на заказанные позиции Товара, Продавец обязуется в кратчайшие сроки проинформировать Покупателя о таком изменении. Покупатель вправе подтвердить либо аннулировать Заказ. В случае отсутствия связи с Покупателем Заказ считается аннулированным в течение 3 календарных дней с момента оформления.

5.3. Продавец в праве делать скидки цен на товары (стоимости всех услуг в том числе и доставку), вводить бонусы и акции, а также в любое время отменять и изменять их в одностороннем порядке.
5.4. В случае нарушения Покупателем условий оплаты товара и/или необоснованного отказа от Заказа. Продавец в праве в одностороннем порядке изменить такому Покупателю Условия в части Оплаты последующих Заказов. Факт оформления Покупателем Заказа в Интернет-магазине означает, что Покупатель ознакомлен и дает согласие на применение настоящих Условий.

5.5. Порядок оплаты может быть изменен при условии дополнительных договоренностей, которые будут отражены в примечании в выставленном счете после оформлении Заказа.

6. Прочие условия

6.1. Все претензии по ненадлежащему исполнению заказа Покупатель вправе направить на адрес электронной почты, в разделе Контакты. Вся поступившая информация обрабатывается в кратчайшие сроки.

6.2. Продавец гарантирует Покупателю выполнение требований Федерального закона «О персональных данных» и других нормативно-правовых актов, регламентирующих обработку персональных данных. Осуществляя регистрацию на Сайте или по телефону, Покупатель дает согласие на обработку своих персональных данных Продавцом, в том числе для продвижения товаров и услуг.

7. ЗАКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ

7.2 Настоящий Договор, размещенный сайте по адресу www.eurofashions.ru является публичной офертой. Отсутствие подписанного между сторонами экземпляра Договора на бумажном носителе, с проставлением подписей сторон, в случае проведения по нему фактической оплаты Покупателем, не является основанием считать настоящий Договор не заключенным. Проведение оплаты в соответствии со сделанным Заказом считается акцептом Покупателя.

1. General Provisions

Online Store (Website) - an Internet site at the address intended to provide the Buyer with services for the selection of goods for the purpose of their subsequent purchase from the Seller. Buyer - an individual who has concluded an Agreement with the Seller on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement. Goods - a list of product names presented on the official Internet site. Order - individual items from the assortment list of Goods specified by the Buyer when placing an order on the Internet site. Delivery - courier services for the delivery of the Order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller sells the Goods in accordance with the current price list published on the Seller's website www.eurofashions.ru, and the Buyer makes payment and accepts the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement
2.2. This Agreement and its appendices are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.

3. Placing an order

3.1. All information materials presented on the website are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about certain properties and characteristics of the Goods. 3.2. In each individual case of placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Terms to the relations of the Parties related to the selection of goods and the subsequent conclusion of the retail sale and purchase agreement.
3.3. When placing an order on the Seller's website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information about themselves: Name; Last name; Email; Telephone; Address; City; Postal code; Country.
3.4. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the Website. The Buyer has the right to edit the registration information about themselves. The Seller does not change or edit the registration information about the Buyer without the consent of the latter. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data specified during registration on the website www.eurofashions.ru and when placing the Order to persons not related to the execution of the Order. Having approved the Order for the selected Product, the Buyer receives the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph
3.3. of this Agreement.
3.5. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.6. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

4. Terms of delivery and transfer of the Order.

4.1. In order to see the terms and other terms of delivery, it is recommended to open the section
4.2. Delivery is carried out through courier services to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.3. The Order is considered delivered at the time of its transfer to the Buyer. By signing the courier sheet, the Buyer confirms the execution of the Order.
4.4. In the event that the Buyer provides false information about his contact details

5. Payment for the Order and Price.

5.1. Prices for any items of the Goods indicated on the Internet - www.eurofashions.ru may be changed by the Seller unilaterally without notifying the Buyer. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered items of the Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of such change as soon as possible. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order. If there is no contact with the Buyer, the Order is considered canceled within 3 calendar days from the date of placement.
5.2. Detailed information on payment is provided in section
5.3. The Seller has the right to make discounts on prices for goods (the cost of all services, including delivery), introduce bonuses and promotions, as well as cancel and change them unilaterally at any time.
5.4. In the event of a violation by the Buyer of the terms of payment for goods and / or an unjustified refusal of the Order. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Terms for such Buyer in terms of Payment for subsequent Orders. The fact that the Buyer places an Order in the Online Store means that the Buyer has read and agrees to the application of these Terms.

5.5. The payment procedure may be changed subject to additional agreements, which will be reflected in the note on the invoice after the Order is placed.

6. Other terms

6.1. The Buyer has the right to send all claims regarding improper execution of the order to the e-mail address in the Contacts section. All incoming information is processed as soon as possible.

6.2. The Seller guarantees the Buyer compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts governing the processing of personal data. By registering on the Site or by phone, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data by the Seller, including for the promotion of goods and services.

7. FINAL TERMS

7.2 This Agreement, posted on the website at www.eurofashions.ru, is a public offer. The absence of a signed hard copy of the Agreement between the parties, with the signatures of the parties, in the event of actual payment by the Buyer, is not grounds for considering this Agreement not concluded. Payment in accordance with the Order is considered acceptance by the Buyer.
